  • Account Director

    The Client Services team is the main interface between our clients and the rest of the business. We are looking for an Account Director to support the team by creating innovative yet workable programmatic strategies for your clients and securing key resource across the business to deliver them on time, on budget, on plan. You will also lead a dedicated team of account management professionals and be responsible for their personal and professional development.

  • Account Manager

    We are seeking an Account Manager to join our pioneering business specializing in programmatic advertising. Located in our downtown Chicago office, this is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to step up from an account coordinator position, or similar, to expand their knowledge in this increasingly important space.

    Situated at the forefront of the online media industry you will be joining an award winning business which delivers efficient, integrated online display, video and mobile advertising across a variety of platforms. Proud to include Expedia and Adidas on our roster as long-term clients, this independent business combines pioneering technology with a highly analytical approach to deliver exceptional results and ROI for its clients.

    Encompassing a variety of disciplines within the client services team you will train and manage an Account Coordinator who reports to you and will be part of the team that bridges the client and delivery of your campaigns. The basis of the role is about building relationships and understanding clients; acting with their best interests at heart you will serve as the go-to-person supporting the Account Director in the delivery of the strategy and campaigns.

    You will be lead annual, quarterly, and monthly media plan development and execution.  You will manage the client’s budget by providing spend forecasts, overseeing monthly billing, and managing IOs. You will work closely with the Optimization team to continually ensure campaigns are pacing properly and being optimized to established KPIs. You will lead weekly and quarterly client reporting by collaborating with the agency’s Analytics and Insights teams. You will own the day to day contact with the client by providing status updates, discussing brand needs, and managing expectations. Liaising closely with the client service as well as wider agency teams, you will seek out solutions that drive the client’s business, improve agency efficiency, and improve campaign performance. You’ll be charged with identifying additional revenue opportunities for existing clients, creating proposals, and presenting on-strategy solutions to help the agency grow.

    Our Account Managers are very important in driving our clients’ strategies forward. As well as your own client responsibilities, you will be expected to work with the other Account Managers to come up with and implement company and client focused initiatives.

  • Business Development Representative

    We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support the senior sales team to aid our rapid expansion in Europe, APAC, and North America. You will be working closely with sales teams in all regions to enable the close of contracts at an enterprise level. The successful BDR will identify who our next partners will be and help shape a strategy for engaging with them. This will include detailed research before the pitch process together with supporting the sales leads on live pitches.

    Key responsibilities
    • Consistently delivering against goals to help towards the overall revenue targets of the company
    • Qualifying inbound opportunities and assessing them to see if they are right for our business model,  develop conversation with clients around their requirements, challenges and ambitions to determine fit
    • This includes:
    • Identifying buying signals made by the client
    • Discussing our business model with the client
    • Analysing best fit and suitability of clients
    • Researching the marketplace to find suitable leads, news, background information for the business development directors to use including:
    • Gathering information on key stakeholders and their businesses
    • Summarising the client’s business by referencing annual reports, news articles, interviews, and other resources
    • Presenting your finding to the wider team and focusing the team on the client’s core goals
    • Help to generate leads through multi channel approach: cold calling, linkedin, events and email.
    • Inputting into the sales pipelines in order to manage the development of new business:
    • Organising the pipeline and ensuring that clients are fully mapped out and added to the CRM database
    • Using our CRM tool to define relevant prospects
    • Managing the pipeline and progressing clients along it for internal reporting
    • Preparing collateral:
    • Being deeply involved in the pitch stages and helping the sales team in winning new business
    • Request for information / request for proposal (research, info gathering, organisation, writing)
    • Project managing the development of new sales collateral, products and solutions.
    • Calling prospective clients to help qualify, leads, source information, appointment set and generate leads for the business development team.
    • Developing sales skills, knowledge of the company and sector

  • Optimisation Analyst

    Infectious Media is looking for skilled, numerate and enthusiastic individuals who want to kick off their careers in advertising to join our growing Optimisation team. Since its founding in 2008, Infectious Media has remained a leading voice within the programmatic advertising industry, with cutting edge technology, great clients and some of the most talented people in the market. But what is programmatic advertising? In essence, it is the automated delivery of targeted advertising to consumers.   • Data Analyst

    We are looking for a bright and ambitious junior analyst. Working with team members from all across the business, you will find yourself with a high level of responsibility for creating and maintaining bespoke reports with emphasis on user experience and accuracy of reported data.

    Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
    • Support our optimisation and client services team by providing deep campaign analysis services, highlighting potential ways the campaigns can perform better.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting to all areas of the business.
    • Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards.
    • Play a key part in the development of reporting products using a range of new technologies.
    • Partner with the business to solve complex data requirements.
    • Assist in the production of larger scale analytic products.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a maths, technology, statistics or other related field
    • Keen interest in new technologies for big data applications.
    • Very proficient in MS Excel and at least one of the following statistical software packages: R, Stata, Minitab, SPSS, SAS.

  • Business Development Director NOAM

    This is an exciting role for a senior business development director in the NOAM region. Based in the Chicago office and reporting to the Revenue Director in London, you will be responsible for defining the NOAM sales strategy and driving revenue from new business sales, cultivating long term strategic partnerships whilst building out the sales team over time. In this role you will be selling directly to senior stakeholders in North America as well as helping to shape ground breaking solutions in programmatic media buying.

    You will have overall responsibility for sales, business development and customer onboarding in the region.

    • Identify opportunities, define domestic market strategy and plan to reach key target clients
    • Build and develop you own pipeline of opportunities to close contracts and deliver against revenue targets
    • Cold prospecting to pre-defined, pre-qualified enterprise opportunities
    • Manage long term relationships through to contract close
    • Project manage and develop responses to RFPs
    • Selling at highest stakeholder level possible 
    • Strict qualification of business opportunities to meet target client profile
    • Manage inbound RFI and RFP processes through to close

  • Creative Solutions Manager

    We are seeking a Creative Solutions Manager to join our pioneering business specialising in programmatic advertising. Situated at the forefront of the online media industry you will be joining an award winning business which delivers efficient, integrated online display, video and mobile advertising across a variety of platforms. This role sits within the Solutions team, who work with all areas of the business and provide a vital link between the client facing and tech sides of the company. They look at campaign products and supply as a whole to deliver the best solution. This is a new role for Infectious Media, in what is turning out to be a huge growth area. Working with our clients at all stages of the creative process, you’ll guide them in building creative assets that take advantage of our unique data buying offering. As a point of contact for all things related to creative, you’ll be charged with helping develop, hone and present our unique data driven creative and insights product internally and externally to clients and clients creative agencies.

    On a day to day basis this could include:
    • Design / Concepting - act as a consultant in the  design and concept stages of creative projects. This will include working directly with our advertisers and our advertiser’s creative agencies to bridge the knowledge gap between them and the technical capabilities of our DCO and other outsourced creative providers
    • Oversee Production - to ensure smooth development in the production and amendment process.
    • Develop a key understanding of our platform capabilities and unique integrations.  Work with different internal teams in the business to continuously develop our offering in line with the needs of our clients. 
    Desired skills and experience: 
    • Minimum two years experience within a digital creative technology company - ideally within DCO
    • Client facing experience
    • Be able to put across complex ideas in a simple, easy to understand way
    • Technical production is not required but a  working knowledge of HTML5, dynamic templates or Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a bonus 
    • Ability to work autonomously

  • Account Executive
