  • Business Development Director NOAM

    This is an exciting role for a senior business development director in the NOAM region. Based in the Chicago office and reporting to the Revenue Director in London, you will be responsible for defining the NOAM sales strategy and driving revenue from new business sales, cultivating long term strategic partnerships whilst building out the sales team over time. In this role you will be selling directly to senior stakeholders in North America as well as helping to shape ground breaking solutions in programmatic media buying. You will have overall responsibility for sales, business development and customer onboarding in the region.


    Here's what we'd like you to do:
    • Identify opportunities, define domestic market strategy and plan to reach key target clients
    • Build and develop you own pipeline of opportunities to close contracts and deliver against revenue targets
    • Cold prospecting to pre-defined, pre-qualified enterprise opportunities
    • Manage long term relationships through to contract close

  • Business Development Director APAC

    This is an exciting role for an experienced senior sales person in the APAC region. Based in the Singapore office and reporting to the Revenue Director in London, you will be responsible for the overall development of revenue for the region. Working closely with the Global Revenue Director, you will help define the sales and go to market strategy, selling directly to advertisers in the region. Furthermore, you will be the senior sponsor for incumbent clients, working closely with the APAC client teams to develop and build revenues from our clients. This role will suit an ambitious self-starter with extensive sales and leadership experience in programmatic, ad tech or digital media. You must have experience of selling directly to advertisers. You will have overall responsibility for building the sales pipeline, business development and customer relationship development in the region.

    Here's what we'd like you to do:
    • Manage long term relationships from first contact through to contract close and revenue development.
    • Selling at highest stakeholder level possible 
    • Effective lead qualification and development
    • Deliver revenues and close contracts from in-bound opportunities
    • Manage RFI and RFP processes through to close
    • Motivating and mobilising local and HQ teams to deliver wider company teams to deliver winning solutions

    • 7 years + sales experience in digital media agency, programmatic, ad tech, SaaS

  • Client Partner

    The Campaign Activations team is the main interface between our clients and the rest of the business. We are looking for a Client Partner to support the team. We'd like a commercially savvy strategic thinker, focused on achieving the big picture for clients, the team and the company.

    • Comfortable around and proficient in the use of real-time advertising platforms
    • Visionary about the application of new products/technology for clients

    Business development:

  • In-house Legal Counsel (part-time)

    Infectious Media are looking to recruit an individual to fill the newly created role of in-house legal counsel. This Part Time (3+ days per week) role will involve management and coordination of all legal aspects of the business in connection with legislative compliance and in connection with all relationships of the business with all third parties. The candidate will be expected to manage and take ownership of the areas set out below, supported by the management team and by external resource where necessary. Whilst external lawyers will be available where required, a key objective in hiring in house legal is to reduce reliance on and costs incurred with external lawyers.

    What we'd like you to do - this is a non-exhaustive list of the key areas: 

    • Corporate governance and company secretarial requirements;
    • Risk management generally to include close management of insurance broker relationship and to ensure all aspects of company insurance are aligned and calibrated to mitigate risk;
    • Ownership of all client and supplier contracts, including drafting and negotiation of new and renewal contract terms (with support of Revenue Director on commercial aspects);
    • HR support and issues in relation to employees of the business;
    • Data Protection legislation compliance to include an active role in leading the business through the GDPR related issues in the coming months and to include acting as the Data Protection Officer for the group and representative on IAB policy council;
    • Legal issues in connection with the real estate needs of the business;
    • Management of corporate transactions where applicable;
    • Responsibility for the protection and management of the groups intellectual property;
    • Involvement in fundraising negotiations and associated contracting;
    • Management of disputes.
    This is what you'll have done already

    • The candidate is expected to have at least 6+ years experience as an in-house lawyer or private practice lawyer with genuine experience in media and technology related businesses. 

  • Data Engineer

    The Data Engineering team at Infectious Media forms the core of the Platform team, linking all the other departments together and facilitating simple, fast and robust data exchange between each and every system we use. We are looking for someone to develop and enhance the smooth day-to-day running of our data systems and contribute to ongoing best-practice development in the department.

    This position within the team provides someone with a great understanding of data and solid programming skills to manage and process the vastly increasing data volumes we are seeing (we record more than 200 million unique events each day), whilst at the same time looking at ways to streamline and improve our data handling processes and technologies to balance batch and real-time jobs. Infectious Media are leaders in the Real Time Bidding industry and data is the key to the cutting edge technology that we use. This role is essential for ensuring we use data in the best and most innovative ways possible.

    Here's what we'd like you to do:

    • Managing the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes of the company to ensure they remain efficient and robust
    • Understanding the data warehousing needs of the company to help identify weaknesses in the current architecture and suggest improvements
    • Identifying and resolving data issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining a broad knowledge of all data systems the company utilises
    • Helping to improve the efficiency and reliability of data systems and processes by identifying areas that would benefit from automation, including testing
    • Working with other platform Analysts and Managers to support the introduction of new technologies and data streams
    • Working with the Insights team to support their understanding of the company’s data warehouses
    This is what you'll have done already: 

    • Excellent understanding of database and data warehouse technologies, including standard row RDBMS, columnar RDBMS and some form of NoSQL (e.g. key-value, document, graph stores)
    • Experience using MySQL, including database design.
    • Excellent understanding of ETL techniques, including the reasons why data needs to be manipulated in this fashion
    • Good understanding of the differences in structure of databases and data warehouses and when to use which technologies for what tasks
    • Good level of understanding of Python with experience of writing code from scratch both as an individual and in teams
    • Experience in other programming languages, e.g. could include some or all of C, Java, Linux scripting
    • Attention to detail and robust quality testing, e.g. by creating and running regression suites
    • Ability and appetite to pick up new technology and languages quickly.
    • Ability to quickly create workable solutions to technical problems.
    • Experience with HBase and JVM-based programming languages would be ideal
    • Experience with using Google Cloud, BigQuery and their Data related API’s is a bonus
    • Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as logistic regression or random forests (desirable).
    • Computer Science (or similar such as Maths with Computer Science) degree plus 3 years industry experience in a development, database administrator, ETL support or similar technical role

  • Account Executive

    Infectious Media is a pioneering business specialising in programmatic advertising, with headquarters in London and offices in Chicago and Singapore. Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart graduate with outstanding numeracy and people skills to progress their career within a leading digital business. Situated at the forefront of the online media industry you will be joining an award winning business which delivers efficient, integrated online display advertising across a variety of platforms. Our business combines pioneering technology with a highly analytical approach to deliver exceptional results and ROI for our clients. Encompassing a variety of disciplines within the client management team you will gain broad commercial and operational experience in ad operations, campaign performance and management (monitoring, optimising, reporting and analysis). In this role you will develop a detailed understanding of our clients, their digital marketing goals and work closely with the Account Manager and team to deliver highly-effective media campaigns.

    Here's what we'd like you to do: 

    • Manage and own campaigns given to you by the client management team, making key decisions about how to improve our targeting to produce the best possible performance
    • Work closely with your manager and the client, letting them know what decisions you’re making and getting feedback from them 
    • Produce a weekly summary of the actions you’ve taken, so you can share these with the client, explaining your choices and the impact on the campaign
    • Work with the Analytics team to create weekly reports for the client, supported by commentary where necessary
    • Join client calls, providing additional detail and background where needed
