The interview process needn’t be daunting at Infectious Media. Here’s what to expect when you apply for a job with us:

  1. For the roles that require you to know your way around data or spreadsheets, entry level applicants will be asked to complete a short maths test.
  2. ‘Meet and greet’ interview
    This is an opportunity for you to talk through your experience and your career goals. We’ll also take the chance to tell you all about the role and the culture here at Infectious Media.
  3. Second interview
    Here we like to delve down a bit further. All candidates, whether you’re interviewing for an entry level role, or senior position will be given a task. The task will vary depending on the nature of the role – it could be analysing data, presenting your thoughts on the future of advertising, or a technical task.

  • Client Partner
    London

    Since its founding in 2008, Infectious Media has remained a leading voice within the programmatic advertising industry, with cutting edge technology, great clients and some of the most talented people in the market. As the market and client requirements evolve we are pivoting our business to provide clients with a modular solution to programmatic media buying. This spans strategy, technology and execution allowing clients to pick the solutions to match their business requirements. As we pivot in this way we are looking for a Client Partner to lead our strategic consultancy services to interface with a new client decoupled from media buying, whilst also supporting the team on an existing client relationship. We expect that over time the focus will shift 100% to the strategic consultancy services role. The core role will be to developing this relationship both with the client central HQ as well as with the local markets across Europe. You will be required to design, package, sell, implement and deliver services across the clients business with a view to growing our engagement through our strategic and technology solutions. This role can be summarized as providing consulting services to keep the client at the forefront of data driven media marketing and sales.


    Here's what we'd like you to do: 

    Client responsibilities
    • Lead and develop overall client strategy against wider marketing and business objectives
    • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, in conjunction with the specialists within the business, across all areas of their programmatic activity, such as data activation, supply chain optimisation, testing strategies, measurement evolution, partner recommendation, optimisation evolution, designing roadmaps to deliver business goals, to name a few.
    • Grow new business from existing clients, spotting the opportunity to develop new and creative ways to add value
    • Maintain awareness of the overall performance of my different clients, working with the Client Services Director to resolve any problems 
    • Ensure robust financial management. Produce and monitor accurate spend and performance forecasting across all activation teams
    • Develop an extensive network within my client base to cement long term relationships.

    • Work alongside sales to contribute to the pitch process including allocating team resources and strategic inputs

    • At least 8 years’ experience working within the media industry, with extensive digital or programmatic experience
    • Commercially minded, with an impressive track record of contributing to new business through pitches and growth of existing business

But what is programmatic advertising? In essence, it is the automated delivery of targeted advertising to consumers.     Campaign Executive’s are the ones who actually deliver all of our client’s campaigns, making sure we carry out the plans agreed with our clients correctly and with an eye to delivering concrete results.   • Campaign Manager

    Encompassing a variety of disciplines within the Campaign Activation team you will have a Campaign Executive to report into you and will be part of the team that bridges the client and delivery of your campaigns. The basis of the role is about building relationships and understanding clients; acting with their best interests at heart you will act as the go-to-person supporting the Account Director in the delivery of the strategy and campaigns.

    Here's what we'd like you to do:
    • You will be responsible for the management of campaigns and campaign performance against forecasts as well as the measurement and analysis of digital campaign data.

    • You will lead the contact with the client and be responsible for the reporting and documentation output.

    • Liaising closely with Account Directors and the wider Campaign Activation team, you will understand campaigns, relaying feedback to clients and advising them on how to achieve the best performance.

    • You’ll be charged with identifying additional revenue opportunities for existing clients, creating proposals and presenting on strategy and campaign results.

    • Our Campaign Managers are very important in driving our clients’ strategies forward.

    The Finance Director will report directly to the CEO and COO. They will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with all aspects of the business to drive commercial understanding and decision-making. Infectious Media has maintained its start-up feel as it has grown, and is a fast-moving business in an industry that constantly evolves. The Finance Director needs to nurture and support this innovative and ambitious culture, whilst also ensuring stability and a focus on key value drivers. This role would suit someone looking for their first or second Finance Director opportunity.  

    Here's what we'd like you to do:

    • Partner with the co-founders to set the strategy and direction of the business, and work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to translate this strategy into detailed financial and operational objectives and targets. 
    • Be the ultimate owner of Finance (including bookkeeping, tax, audit and the financial control environment), plus company secretarial and certain operational areas. 
    • Financial planning and the budget framework. 
    • Ownership of the reporting framework (financial performance and KPI reporting) across all stakeholders, including the co-founders, the SMT, Sales and Client leads, the bank and all hands events.
    • Work with the Revenue Director on new business commercials, pipeline forecasting, and remuneration planning. 
    • Work with Client Partners and service delivery leads on existing client revenue and profitability reporting and forecasting, and time sheet oversight. 
    • Work with Operations & HR Director on corporate objective setting, and headcount planning.
    • Cash management, including foreign currency management and financing (debt/equity).
